Flexi Complete V24We have a lot of strange things happening while using OPOS Barcode. Sometimes it scans OPOS Marks on right side, after scanning last mark on this side it does not move to the left side it continious searching for opos marks on left side (outside of the current job )2nd Bug. If we use OPOS XTRA marks it scans marks on right side then moves half to the left side and starts scanning somewhere inside the design. If disabling "repeat jobs" it works, so if i print only a single job without repeating the job. That is quite strange. I reported this couple of month ago cause it was sometimes also in V22 but if ripping the job again it works and i was able to cut my prints using cutter controls and renaming the Barcode-ID. ... Mine has twice now on two seperate jobs scanned the barcode reads forst mark goes past second mark like it forgot how far apart they were and cant get it to work no matter what i tried. Reprint the job and it ran fine

Seems like a lot of people are having issues with it. I’m hesitant about upgrading to it at this stage of the release.
We have been using it for over a week and only have had one issue. I reported it and they sent me a patch to try. So far so good. “YOU NEED TO REPORT YOUR PROBLEMS TO TECH SUPPORT”. I can’t make it any clearer than that.

Most new releases of software have issues and out in the real world is the best place to find them, tech support at flexi is very helpful..

TBH, once welded, create an outline as "bleed" to cut safely in the black. The welded part needs to be converted to cutline and "on top" of the black. See video below. Thank me later

It's telling you the colour mode selection is not in the icc profile. Send a photo of the whole screen but see if you can change profiles. We always use fmxpress bar a few others.
Absolutely NOTHING wrong with the program its the user. The program is telling you that a setting is not correct and cannot be used. The color mode must match that of the ICC profile selected. Choose the ICC profile again and sometimes that will set the color mode, if not, you will need to set the color mode yourself. Why are you not using the MUTOH presets that they provide as they set all these things properly? Seek help from MUTOH, it's their machine and they have presets that you can download and use that set the settings properly. PS Stop blaming the software and learn to use it. They also have lots of online lessons that teach you. Talk to MUTOH!!! Get the presets and profiles for Flexi from them. You can download then, install and all this goes to simple.
You have chosen just W for the color mode. If you just want to print white, you can choose W+CMYK and then just make sure that the image ( looks like black in this case) is color mapped to the white channel. This should result in just white being printed.

There is a spot color match function in production manager that does something similar to this I think.
Also, you can take that chart and vectorize it, then right click the current swatch table and chose NEW TABLE. Then right click the new table and choose add from document. This will then create a swatch table with all those shades. You can then assign each swatch any color mode you wish, RGB, CMYK, LAB etc. Save the table and use it whenever you wish.

It's an access issue on your network. It means that somebody else has the file open already, only one person can open it at a time so that you aren't overwriting each other's save.
Instead, copy the file to your computer to work on it locally, then put it back on the network drive back after you're done. This will help protect against file corruption as well.
I went back off subscription to the old disc version ..much better and couldn’t find any benefit to the subscription .
I think the developers need to take a closer look at it before they start selling it.
It’s like they were in too much of a revenue rush , before they had anything to sell.

Looks like its importing outline not font and they are not welded, it could also just be the font style, some of them look like ths.
This has been happening to me with specific fonts when receiving artwork from clients. Its not an outline as I can still edit text. I make a copy of text to edit if need to, weld the copy and send for proofing & print or cut.
Looks like the same font I have issue with....
It’s the font & wherever it was created.. I’ve downloaded a few free fonts like that myself..
It’s importing as curves and does not look like that when I open the pdf outside of flexi

From memory you need to add an underbase layer to the file and assign it to the white channel in PM. Also check you have the correct profile under flood instead of white spot
Need printer info as each manufacturer has a slightly different way to cause the white to flood under images. Generally, however, in the last tab of the rip and print menu, is the transparency options. One of those options is for flooding under the entire image. Set up your artwork in flexi to include registeation marks for the graphtec. Export to .PDF from flexi. Drag and drop the .PDF into versa works and print that way.

Most times crashing is an indication of either a bad install or something in Windows that is causing an issue. Please call technical support at SAI to get it resolved. I have installed Flexi Complete several times and had absolutely no issues. As a reminder, its always a good idea to install updates or upgrade in a COMPLEZELY new folder and not over the old version you are upgrading. That gives you the ability to use the old version right away if needed.
Where do we go to see if there are any updates in FlexiDesigner?

For some reason my traffic signs have started to print about 1/8 inch longer on one side. I have the settings set for 23.375 but one side comes out slightly over. Never had this happen in the past. Any ideas would be appreciated. HP 365 printer. Thank you. ... See MoreSee Less
Cheap fix. The feed side seems to advance 1/8” to much. So I adjusted the boarder 1/8” smaller. So the material is advancing too much. Now to figure a way to stop it. I ran another one without the take up reel thing it was putting too much pressure on the material. But either using or not using didn’t change a thing. For now I will adjust the length till I find a permanent solution.
Happens to me also but i have a way to check before it prints so i know what size it will print. Will try to make a short video and post it

I have found the last update to the complete to be really stable. The prior was crap and buggy. I was actually impressed with it now
$8000 what hardware you got. I built mine for £5600 lol
I own my Flexi 8 version. I don't have that problem. My colors are always spot on.
After flexi 10.5 the software had more bugs than a roach motel
I've still got my Flexi 8 as a standalone. I might have to dig it out and dust it down
v7.6 was my favorite. Worked perfect in every sense, just missing some of the cool features nowadays.

I just highlight it and click pink. .

Get a plain black one from Google and auto trace it. Then make it pink.
Color trace. Compound. Click off wire frame. Change color
